Kurzer Ablauf in Istanbul (fuer Fragen steht unsere Expertin marina2 gern zur Verfügung):

Co-Culture: Bei Patientinnen über 38 Jahre oder bei Patientinnen mit vielen negativen Versuchen wird das sog. Co-Culture angewandt. Hier wird zwischen dem 19.-21. Zyklustag Gebärmutterschleimhaut entnommen. Die Gebärmutterschleimhautzellen werden dem Kulturmedium zugeführt und im Brutschrank weiter kultiviert. Wichtig dabei ist, die Gebärmutterschleimhaut sollte eine Mindesthöhe von 6 mm erreichen.

Bluttest: Am 2 Zyklustag erfolgt ein Bluttest. Prof. Karaman benoetigt die Blutwerte: FSH/LH/TSH/Prolaktin und E2 (Östrogen). Wichtig ist, dass E2 unter 60 pmol/l ist.

Kosten: Alles wird in Türkische Lira (TL) berechnet, die Preise stehen in TL fest (Liste folgt). Es gibt auch Rabatt: wenn 1. Versuch negativ sein sollte, dann gibt es 10% Rabatt bei jeden weiteren Versuch.

- ICSI and IMSI (inkl. IMSI): ca. 2.350,00 EURO
- Co-culture: ca. 1.350,00 EURO
- Hysteroscopy (Gebärmutterspiegelung): ca. 2.000,00 EURO

Hier noch ein Bericht von marina2: TÜRKEIBERICHT

Ich habe mir in Istanbul zunächst das Memorial Hospital angeschaut, die machen ziemlich viel Werbung, kommen oft im tr. TV, aber die Professorin dort hat mir nicht sehr gepaßt, her habe wir uns für Brükseltüpbebek (die sprechen leider nur engl. oder türkisch) entschieden.

Seit ca. 10 Jahren wird in der Türkei das Co-Culture gemacht (übernommen von den Amerikanern)
D.h. zw. ZT 19-22 wird etwas von der GMS abgeschabt (ganz dünne Kanüle), dauert etwa 1 Minute und diese abgeschabte GMS wird in der Petrischale weiterkultiviert.

Am ZT20 habe ich mit der DR angefangen 1x Deca/Tag), dann kam die Mens und am ZT3 habe ich mit der Stimu begonnen. Bregenz hat mir immer nur 4x75 aufgeschrieben, hier aber meinte der Prof. ich soll mit 6x75 stimulieren, denn er will lieber am Anfang alle EZs mitnehmen, "runter schrauben" kann man immer aber nicht mehr nach oben. Das Deca wurde auf 1/3 reduziert, d.h. eine Deca habe ich für 3 T gebraucht. Grund: Durch die Reduzierung wachsen die EZs gleichmäßiger. Es wurde jeden Tag BT gemacht und der E2-Wert kontrolliert, da dieser einen moderaten Anstieg haben muß. Ich habe 8T stimuliert und es wurden 14 EZs punktiert. 10 konnten befruchtet werden und diese wurden dann in meine zuvor entnommene GMS zur Entwicklung reingelegt (Bregenz versucht das mit dem ISME-T). Die GMS gibt wohl Botenstoffe an die Embies ab, damit die beim TF sich besser einnisten können. Habe ab PU: 3x5mg Prednisolon, 6000 Fragmin, ASS100 , Prontogest bekommen. Das Prednisolon habe ich nur bis zum TF genommen, Fragmin bis zum BT REst nehme ich immer noch. Der Biologe hat jeden Tag angerufen und den Stand der Embies mitgeteilt. Die wollten schon am Tag3 TF machen, aber wir waren noch am Meer, daher war TF am Tag4 mit Morulas. Grund: diese Klinik hat die ERfahrung gemacht, daß bei "Älteren" ab 38 und vielen neg. Versuchen die Einnistung höher ist am Tag 3 o. 4 als bei T5 mit Blastos. Also habe ich dann am Tag 4 5 Embies zurückbekommen (ACHTUNG: Die Behandlung erfolgte noch nach dem "Alten Gesetz") und hatte sogar noch am Tag 6 weitere 3 Blastos übrig, die leider nicht eingefroren werden konnten, denn das Auftauen hätten sie nicht überlebt. In Bregenz blieben am Tag5, egal wieviele EZs punktiert wurden immer nur 3 übrig.
Ich denke, daß dieses Co-culture (wird immer ab dem 3.neg.Versuch und bei "Älteren" gemacht) ausschlaggebend war.
