ich schätze, der Traum ist freiwillig gefangen, wenn er zuvor eindeutig über die Absichten des Fängers informiert wurde und ohne Zwang im Vollbesitz seiner geistigen und körperlichen Kräfte schriftlich in dreifacher Ausfertigung sein Einverständnis mitteilte und dies von einem Notar offiziell abstempeln liess.
