Tim, da hast auch recht. Du kannst mir sicherlich dafür eins in Mathe vormachen. Vor allem wenn es um Integralrechnung geht. Da war ich nämlich echt schlecht, weil ich den Sinn dahinter nicht gesehen habe. Habe es bisher auch nie, nie wieder gebraucht -> puh, zum Glück. Ich sage auch immer: Wissen ist, wenn man weiß wo es steht. Brachte mir aber in einer Geschichtsklausur aber auch nichts. Obwohl ich die richtige Seite und die richtige Stelle auf der Seite angegeben habe. Tja, da war es dumm gelaufen. Aber man lernt ja ein Leben lang. Gelle. Wenn ich mir überlege, dass meine 34-jährige Kollegin noch nicht mal den Unterschied zwischen Kapitallebensversicherung und Risikolebensversicherung kannte, geschweige denn bis heute irgendwas für ihre spätere Rente bzw. Absicherung getan hat. Aber sie lernt ja auch noch.

Na, das ist doch toll! Ich bin mal eben zur Post geradelt, ein paar ebay-Päckchen abgeben und komme zurück und hier sind gleich drei Seiten mehr drin! Und sooo viele Infos zum Haus!! Toll!!! 
Ich habe es so verstanden, dass das Dachgeschoss voll ausgebaut ist, sprich alles schon da.
Jaja, Schatzi, natürlich gibts da erstmal tausend Fragen, aber ich treffe mich ja auch Dienstag mit der Frau. Spannend!

Entschuldigung das ich mich da einmische aber ich hab Eure Diskussion wegen Hauskauf mitgelesen und finde das ist ja ein Wahnsinnspreis für ein Haus.Bei uns bekommst Du da um diesen Preis nichts gescheites.Kann da mitreden da wir selbst vor ca 3 Jahren ein Haus kaufen wollten aber bei uns kostet der Grund schon pro m2 ca 350 Euro und das ist irgenwo in der Pampas.So haben wir uns für eine Eigentumswohnung entschieden.Und wir haben auch eine Finanzierung ,Eigenmittel,Fonds(MLP) und Wohnbauförderung.Wir mussten halt 20% Eigenmittel ablegen.Kann mir aber vorstellen das dies überall gleich ist ob Deutschland oder Österreich.
Wir haben einen elenden Papierkrieg hinter uns,haben es aber auch geschafft.
