Sunshine ich benutze gar keins... HTML ist so einfach, das kann man selbst programmieren. Es gibt viele Bücher für Anfänger, wos gut erklärt ist und der Rest kommt durch learning by doing 
Ich benutze Windows XP nicht, daher kann ich dir leider nicht sagen, ob frontpage oder frontpage express dort mit bei ist, sorry...

es taucht immer nur auf der seite des ordners auf in der die fehlerhafte tabelle eingestellt wurde
den code schau ich mir immer an, und er wird auch geändert aber so ist für mich schneller
