Hallo Herr Dr. Peet,
nach nunmehr 7 ICSI mit keiner Einnistung habe ich mein Mens Blut auf Chlamydien in Griechenland untersuchen lassen, anbei kam folgendes herraus.
Was würden Sie jetzt verordnen, soweit ich es verstehe ist der Test Positive, somit müssten ja Antibiotika verordnet werden ?
Method
The quality (260/280) and quantity of the extracted sample (DNA) was determined by the use of spectrophotometry. Specific primers and probes were used to selectively amplify the conserved region of Chlamydiaceae family, using a Real-Time instrument. The Chlamydiaceae Family includes the Chlamydia species: Chlamydia trachomatis, Chlamydia muridarum and Chlamydia suis, and the genus Chlamydophila: Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Chlamydophila psittacii, Chlamydophila pecorum, Chlamydophila abortus, Chlamydophila felis and Chlamydophila caviae. DNA from Chlamydiaceae positive culture was used as positive control and distilled water as negative.
Conclusion
The specimen received tested POSITIVE for the presence of Chlamydiaceae DNA (Chlamydia trachomatis, Chlamydia muridarum, Chlamydia suis, Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Chlamydophila psittacii, Chlamydophila pecorum, Chlamydophila abortus, Chlamydophila felis and Chlamydophila cavia) using RealTimePCR. (Sencitivity 100 copies per sample and specificity over 95%).
