Hallo ich wollte mal fragen ob irgendetwas bekannt ist warum meistens die ersten icsi nicht positiv ausgehen???

warum ist was so?
Dass die Wahrscheinlichkeit pro ICSI nur bei 20-25% liegt?
Sie liegt immerhin etwas höher als auf natürlichem Weg schwanger zu werden...
Natürlich wird alles optimal eingestellt... aber optimal ist nicht maximal. Dies fällt unter anderem eben unter "natürliche Auslese", genau wie in der Natur.
Dass die Wahrscheinlichkeit pro ICSI nur bei 20-25% liegt?

also diese Wahrscheinlichektisrechnung verstehe ich dann auch nicht...
wenn doch die Chance bei 20-25 % liegt, so tut sie dies bei JEDEM versuch...also beim ersten genauso wie beim vierten...es wird ja die persönliche chance nicht höher, weil man mehrere versuche gemacht hat...das ist meiner Meinung nach Milchmädchenrechnung...wenn ich würfel bleibt die chance auf eine sechs ja auch immer bei 1:5..egal wie oft ich würfel...!!!
Bei IVF erhöht sie sich vielleicht ein bisschen,d a man ja aus fehlern lernt...also medikamente anders dosiert etc...aber rein rechnerisch hat man beim ersten versuche genau die chancen wie beim 23.sten..oder???

zum einen ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, eine 6 zu würfeln, 1/6 und nicht 1/5
Der Vergleich an sich stimmt aber schon...
Nehmen wir an, die Wahrscheinlichkeit, durch eine ICSI schwanger zu werden, ist 25%. Dann ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass es nicht klappt, natürlich 75%.
Bei einer zweiten ICSI ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit AN SICH wieder 75%, dass es nicht klappt.
Aber die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass es bei BEIDEN Versuchen nicht klappt, beträgt 75% * 75% = 56,25%.
Je mehr Versuche man also macht, desto höher ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass es irgendwann klappt....
...genauso wie sich die Wahrscheinlichkeit erhöht, irgendwann eine 6 zu erhalten, je öfter man würfelt...
