Hallo an alle,

Ich habe ein bischen auf Internet gstöbert und eine e-mail Adresse gefunden von der Abteilung von der EK für Gesundheit.
Da es hier mehrere meinungen gab wir sollen auch sehen ob ein Gesetz für künstliche Befruchtung dort gestimmt wurde oder im Programm steht, habe ich ein Brief "komponiert".
Ich stelle ihn hier und warte auf eure Meinung, ob ich schicken soll oder nicht.
Andreas hat es schon bekommen (ich dachte er kann es schicken mit der Adresse von klein-putz, oder wunschkinder e.V, weil unter eine private Name wird vielleicht nicht gelesen) und ist dagegen.

Dear Madams, dear Sirs,


We are a forum where people which have sterility meet and can communicate, in Germany.
As you probably know, the government has some economical problems and as a result has to decide some savings. These days they concentrate upon a reform of the sanitary field.
One element of this reform is the artificial fecundation.
Every 6-th pair here, in Germany can not have a child on a natural way, every 80-th child is a result of artificial fecundation.
Till now (for a short time) the procedures were paid by the state through the social and health offices. Now, because of the economical problems, this support is to be given up.
The young pairs do not afford paying amounts of 3000 Euro and more for one procedure.
This is why people are fighting here today.
Statistical figures show that in all countries of the EU and others, population becomes older, few children are born and this will have an increasingly negative impact on the economy and society.
We are trying here to convince people and especially the politicians that more children have to be born on a natural or artificial way.
We also think this is a problem which should concern the EU and would like to find out whether there are any juridical decisions (laws, etc.) or plans which have to be obeyed by all Member States of the EU.
As far as we know, each country has its own decisions and laws regarding artificial fecundation.
Some offer many possibilities, admit many procedures, others are very restrictive and young pairs have to travel from one country to the other in order to be helped to have a child.
The problem is not simple, there are many aspects to be considered: diseases which lead to sterility (WHO decided that sterility is a disease, but it is not accepted yet everywhere), advantages and negative aspects of the procedures, types of procedures, age limits and of course the financial aspect (prices and funds for the procedures).
It is also not to be forgotten that people with sterility have an enormously physical and psychical pain.
This is why we would kindly ask you to give us the information we require and also support us, the people who have to have children on an artificial way.
It is also important to generally support birth, children and parents, because children are needed. There is a need of common laws and programmes concerning artificial fecundation, support for the parents, more appropriate conditions for adoptions. Governments have to be convinced and involved in this work.
We are looking forward to receiving your answer and cooperate with you.

Ich habe auch noch interessante Sachen gefunden über andere Länder in diesem Bereich, arbeite noch an dem Material. Wird eine Überaschung sein.
Also sagt eure Meinungüber den Brief.

Hallo Ruxi,

mein Schulenglisch ist dann doch nicht mehr so gut .... .
Ich bin daher nicht in der Lage und auch nicht Willens, den Brief sprachlich zu bewerten.
Inhaltlich finde ich ihn persönlich sehr gut.

Ich vertrete grundsätzlich auch die Auffassung, dass man hier
auf europäischer Ebene etwas unternehmen sollte.
Dein Brief wäre dann ein Ansatz. S. auch unter:

Hi Veronika,

durch das Forum habe ich ja Kontakt zu einigen Juristen. Diese werden sicher ab 2004 aktiv werden, wenn das neue Gesetz in Kraft treten sollte. Nach meinen bisherigen Infos können wir erst nach Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes klagen.

Für unser Vorgehen bedeutet das: bis zur Verabschiedung des Gesetzes in Bundestag/Bundesrat müssen wir Medien und Politiker mobilisieren, ab 2004 dann die Gerichte. Dann werden wir sicher Deinen Hinweis auf den EuGH aufgreifen.
