Wann IVF, wann ICSI ?

Mir wurde nun empfohlen es als nächstes mit IVF zu probieren.

Warum nicht gleich ICSI ?
Wann ist das zu empfehlen ?
wie sind die jeweiligen Kosten ?

Sei doch froh, dass ihr IVF machen könnt. Das ist doch noch viel natürlicher als ICSI. Da ist wenigstens noch ein Hauch natürliche Selektion gegeben.

wenn mit dem sperma alles i. O. ist besteht keine notwendigkeit für eine icsi, ich wär froh wenn wir auf ivf zurükgreifen könnte, würde uns sicher einige kosten sparen .

Common reasons used for performing ICSI

Severe male factor infertility that do not want donor sperm insemination.

Couples with infertility with:
Sperm concentrations of less than 15-20 million per milliliter
Low sperm motility - less than 35%
Very poor sperm morphology (subjective - specific cutoff value is debatable)

Having previous IVF with no fertilization - or a low rate of fertilization (low percentage of mature eggs that were normally fertilized).

Sometimes it is used for couples that have a low yield of eggs at egg retrieval. In this scenario, ICSI is being used to try to get a higher percentage of eggs fertilized than with conventional insemination of the eggs (mixing eggs and sperm together).

hat hier jemand Erfahrungen mit Ursache 3 oder 4 aus obiger Liste?


KOSTEN:
Unterschiedlich, teilweise gibt es anscheinend im Ausland (z.B. CR) recht niedrige Pauschalen für ICSI
